(a) Unlawful Conduct. It shall be unlawful for the holder of a drinking establishment or club license issued pursuant to K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq. and amendments thereto to allow or permit any acts of disorderly conduct, as defined in the Uniform Public Offense Code adopted in TMC 9.05.080 (“UPOC”).

(b) Vacation of Premises. Upon a determination that acts of disorderly conduct are occurring on the premises of a drinking establishment or club or any other violations of UPOC, a law enforcement officer shall have the power to require patrons to immediately vacate the premises.
