(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to allow consumption of alcoholic liquor in violation of this article on any property owned, leased or otherwise under such person’s control.

(b) The property on which the violation of this article takes place shall be deemed to be a common nuisance and as such is subject to abatement as provided for in K.S.A. 41-805 and amendments thereto. (Ord. 20175 § 27, 3-12-19.)
