The Chief of Police and each and every member of the Police Department shall hereby be ordered and directed to assist the State Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the enforcement of the Kansas Liquor Control Act (K.S.A. 41-101 et seq.), and the Chief of Police shall make available to the Director upon the Director’s request necessary personnel to ensure the enforcement of such Act in the City.
