Sec. A15-23. Administration and collection of tax.

The administration and collection of said tax shall be by the secretary of revenue, as provided in subsection (c) of K.S.A. 1985 Supp. 12-1698 and herein [sic]. (C.O. 69 § 9, 9-23-86.)
