Grantee shall at all times maintain with the City a point of contact who shall be available to act on behalf of Grantee in the event of an emergency. Grantee shall provide the City with said contact’s name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. All other notices between the parties shall be in writing and shall be made by personal delivery, depositing such notice in the U.S. Mail, First Class Postage Prepaid, Certified Mail, return receipt requested; or overnight delivery by a nationally recognized courier. All written notices shall be deemed delivered upon actual receipt or refusal of delivery.
