City Ordinance No. 15535, a contract franchise issued to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, the term of which was extended by Ordinance Nos. 18547, 18791, 18929, 19027, 19118 and 19275 are hereby repealed. (Ord. 20252 § 20, 8-11-20.)
