Section 11. Acceptance of terms by Company.

Within thirty (30) days after approval of this Ordinance by the Governing Body, the Company shall file with the City Clerk of the City its acceptance in writing of the provisions, terms and conditions of this Ordinance. This Ordinance shall constitute a non-exclusive contract between the City and the Company. (Ord. 19856 § 11, 10-1-13.)
