Section 19. Acceptance of Terms by Grantee.

Within thirty (30) days after approval of this Ordinance, Grantee shall file with the City Clerk its acceptance, in writing, of the terms of this Ordinance which shall constitute a contract between City and Grantee. (Ord. 20044 § 19, 12-20-16.)
