Section 20. Effective Date of Contract and Ordinance.

This Contract and Ordinance shall take effect on the first day of the month after all of the following events have occurred: (1) approval by the Governing Body; (2) publication in the official City newspaper; and (3) acceptance by Grantee. (Ord. 20044 § 20, 12-20-16.)
