It shall be unlawful for any person to go upon any bus carrying passengers for hire in the City and spit any liquid or food from such person’s mouth while on any such bus, and any motorman or conductor of any such bus is hereby empowered to use such reasonable force as may be necessary to prevent any person violating this provision from going upon any such bus or to eject such person from the vehicle.
