(a) All exemptions applicable to parking meter zone violations pursuant to Article IV of this chapter shall also be applicable to block parking zones.

(b) Any person eligible to acquire a permit and related identification tag to exempt such person from this article may be exempted thereupon.

(c) No exemptions from this article give a person exemption from any other sections of the code unless otherwise exempted therefrom. (Ord. 16479 § 3, 8-4-92. Code 1995 § 142-431.)
