Any person who violates the provisions of TMC 10.80.030 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, a person shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed $499.00 and/or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. (Ord. 20234 § 4, 1-7-20.)
