All proposed or revised master plans, planned unit developments, mobile home park plans and similar such developments which meet the criteria outlined in this chapter shall be reflected on the aforementioned plans and presented to the City Council. Approval of such plans shall constitute official City approval and designation of the proposed private street names. In those instances in which an official plan is not to be considered, proposed designation shall be adopted by ordinance. (Code 1981 § 40-234. Code 1995 § 130-497.)
