(a) Right-of-Way. Right-of-way permit fees shall be established by the Director in an amount sufficient to recover the City costs for inspection and administration. No right-of-way permits shall be issued without payment of such fees unless the applicant agrees to pay such fees within 30 days of issuance. All permit fees shall be doubled during a probationary period. Permit fees that were paid for a permit that the Director has revoked for a breach as stated in TMC 12.30.200 are not refundable. All fees shall be deposited in the City’s general fund. (Ord. 17587 § 5-7, 10-24-00. Code 1995 § 130-682.)
