All meters measuring water furnished to consumers shall be repaired or replaced by the Water Division, and the cost of the repair or replacement shall be charged against the Water Division. All meters damaged because of the negligent acts or omissions of the property owner shall be charged to the property owner. (Ord. 20089 § 15, 10-17-17.)
