Liquid waste haulers shall be subject to the conditions of a liquid waste hauler permit as set forth herein. Administration of liquid waste hauler ordinances shall be the responsibility of the Water Pollution Control Division (WPCD), Utilities Department. (Ord. 20089 § 80, 10-17-17.)
