International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2021 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the “IRC,” as published by the International Code Council, Chapters 1 through 10, Appendix AF, Radon Control Methods, with the exclusion of Section AF104, Testing, and Appendix AQ, Tiny Houses, in its entirety, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated in this chapter except as amended in Article II of this chapter.
