3.65.010 Name of district – Boundaries – Start date – Termination.

(a) The name of the business improvement district shall be the Topeka tourism business improvement district (“district”) which boundaries shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the City of Topeka.
(b) The district shall commence on January 1, 2018, and terminate at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2027. (Ord. 20064 § 1, 5-9-17.)
