The license shall not be transferable to any other person and it shall so state that it is not transferable in addition to showing the dates for which it is issued. Licenses may be transferable from one premises to another upon successful completion of an inspection pursuant to TMC 5.55.100. (Ord. 20175 § 16, 3-12-19.)
