Upon determination by the City Engineer or designee that a property owner has failed to adequately repair, maintain or clean the cutback area as required by TMC 12.50.050, the City Engineer or designee shall provide notice to the property owner at their last known post office address. If the property owner fails to comply within 30 days of notification, the City Engineer may take whatever actions are reasonably necessary to repair and/or clean the cutback area and assess the costs against the property owner pursuant to Chapter 3.45 TMC, Article III, and/or K.S.A. 12-6a17 and amendments thereto.
