The provisions of K.S.A. 75-1226 through 75-1231, relating to mobile home tiedowns, ground anchors and piers, and requiring any mobile home occupied or inhabited by any person as a dwelling, office or commercial space to be secured to the ground by tiedowns and ground anchors of a type which have been approved by the Director, unless the mobile home is secured to the ground on a permanent foundation, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated in this article as if fully set out in this section.
