(a) Mobile home parks shall comply with all setback requirements in relation to property lines as spelled out in appropriate zoning classifications or established by plat of subdivisions as filed of record in the County Register of Deeds office.

(b) No occupied mobile home shall be located within the corporate limits of the City beyond the recognized setback line for the zoning district in which such mobile home is located. (Code 1981 § 25-70. Code 1995 § 98-117.)
