In granting a permit under this chapter, the Development Coordination Office may attach such conditions as may reasonably be necessary to prevent danger to public or private property or to prevent the operation from being conducted in a manner hazardous to life or property or in a manner likely to create a nuisance. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to:

(a) Limitations on the hours of operation.

(b) Designation of traffic routes upon which materials may be transported.

(c) The place and manner of disposal of excavated or imported materials.

(d) Requirements as to the control of dust and tracking of dirt or other consequences of the operation which may be offensive or injurious to the neighborhood or to the general public.

(e) Regulations as to the use of public streets and places in the course of the work.

(f) Requirements as to paving temporary private drives and roads constructed under the permit.

(g) Requirements for safe and adequate drainage of the site.

(h) Requirements for the fencing of excavation or fills which would be hazardous without such fencing. (Ord. 16432 § 5(2), 3-10-92. Code 1995 § 66-105.)
