Within 15 days from the submission of the preapplication plan, the subdivider will be informed by the Planning Commission whether the plans and data submitted meet with the objectives of this division. If the Planning Commission finds that the plans and data do not meet the requirements of this division, it shall advise the subdivider of the requirements not met. (Code 1981 § 41-37.
