Drainage easements may be required for subdivisions in addition to provided street rights-of-way where the street parallels streams or drainage areas. Upon the request of the Planning Commission, the City Engineer shall make a study and make a recommendation as to the desired width of such easement to the Planning Commission. (Code 1981 § 41-95.
