3.70.010 Name of district – Boundaries – Start date.

(a) The name of the business improvement district shall be the NOTO BID which shall commence on January 1, 2023.
(b) The boundaries of the district shall be Morse Street on the north, Norris Street on the south, Quincy Street on the east and Jackson Street on the west. (Ord. 20350 § 1, 4-12-22.)
