(a) The license fees under this chapter shall be as prescribed in TMC 5.10.030.

(b) The term of each on-premises retailer’s license shall be the calendar year. The term of each off-premises retailer’s license shall be the 12-month period beginning July 1st and ending June 30th of the following year.

(c) The full amount of the license fee shall be required regardless of the time of the year in which the application is made, and the licensee shall only be authorized to operate under such license for the remainder of the period for which the license is issued. (Ord. 20175 § 7, 3-12-19.)
