All licenses and registrations shall be for a term of one year and shall expire the last working day before December 15th. In the event of the expiration of a license or registration, no new license or registration shall be issued until one year after the license or registration has expired. In the event the individual elects to be licensed during this one-year period, he or she will be required to pay the renewal fee, plus any applicable late or other fees. (Ord. 19330 § 23, 11-3-09.
