6.05.020 Animal Control office.

(a) There is hereby created an office to be known as Animal Control, which shall be responsible for the enforcement of ordinances relating to animals.

(b) An Animal Control Supervisor shall be appointed by the City Manager or designee. The Animal Control Supervisor shall receive such salary as may be provided by ordinance and shall be responsible to the Chief of Police or designee. (Ord. 20106 § 2, 12-19-17.)
