It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit any livestock owned or controlled by such person to run or be at large at any time within the City; or to drive any herd of cattle, horses, mules or swine, or any flock of sheep, upon any street within the City. (Ord. 20106 § 85, 12-19-17.)
