All utensils used for serving cereal malt beverages or alcoholic beverages shall be thoroughly cleaned and effectively sanitized following each usage. Such cleansing and sanitizing process, together with the equipment used in such process, shall be approved by the plumbing inspector, Division of Building Inspection. (Ord. 17070 § 1, 1-28-97.
