9.15.270 Employment of certain persons prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for a retailer of alcoholic liquor to employ any person:
(a) Under the age of 21 years in connection with the operation of such retail establishment; or
(b) In connection with the operation of such retail establishment who has been adjudged guilty of a felony. (Code 1981 § 5-85. Code 1995 § 10-119.)
