Pursuant to K.S.A 12-2001 and K.S.A. 17-1902 and amendments thereto, City represents and warrants that all benefits, terms and conditions in this Contract franchise and relative to Grantee’s deployment of network Facilities and services in the City shall be no less favorable to Grantee in the same or similar circumstances than those offered to other local exchange providers that, after the effective date of this Contract franchise, enter into franchise agreements with the City pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2001 and amendments thereto.
