This Franchise is made under and in conformity with the laws of the State of Kansas. This Franchise shall be effective upon execution of the franchise agreement by both parties and after this Franchise Ordinance granting the same has been adopted as provided by law. (Ord. 19067 § 11, 4-8-08.)
