Section 112, Means of Appeals, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provision shall be substituted therefor:

Appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the code official relative to the application and interpretation of this code shall be considered by the Board of Building and Fire Appeals pursuant to TMC Chapter 2.235.
