After the proposed plat has been determined to meet the requirements for administrative minor plat approval as provided in TMC 18.35.010, the applicant shall submit the required number of copies of the proposed plat, as specified in the Planning Department’s administrative procedures, including the required documents, and the appropriate filing fee. The submission requirements and contents of minor plats shall be determined by the Planning Department’s administrative procedures. The design standards of this division shall apply to minor plats.
