The Civil Service Commission shall make an annual report to the City Manager or City Manager’s designee, and the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee may require special reports from the Civil Service Commission at any time. The Civil Service Commission may prescribe such rules and regulations for the proper conduct of the business of the commission as are found expedient and advisable. (Ord. 20206 §§ 28, 86, 9-10-19.)
